1. Services
We provide website design, website development, e-commerce website design, SEO services, Google Ads management and web hosting. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are confirmed in writing (quotation, proposal, email or WhatsApp) before work begins.
2. Quotations and Payments
- Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.
- An advance payment is required to start a project; the balance is payable as agreed, and before the website goes live or files are handed over.
- Recurring services such as hosting, domain, SEO or Google Ads management are billed in advance for each period.
- Google Ads budgets (ad spend) are paid directly to Google and are separate from our management fee.
- Government taxes, if applicable, are extra.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide content, images, logos, login details and feedback on time. Delays in receiving material or approvals may extend the project timeline. You confirm that all content you provide is owned by you or licensed for use, and does not infringe anyone's rights.
4. Revisions
Each project includes the number of revision rounds mentioned in the quotation. Changes beyond the agreed scope or additional revisions may be charged separately.
5. Ownership
After full payment, ownership of the final website design and content created specifically for you is transferred to you. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock images and software remain subject to their own licences. We may display the completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Hosting, Domain and Third-Party Services
Hosting, domains, email and other third-party services depend on external providers. While we choose reliable partners, we are not liable for outages, data loss or policy changes by these providers. Renewals must be paid before expiry to avoid suspension.
7. SEO and Advertising Results
We follow ethical, search-engine-approved practices. However, search rankings, traffic and ad performance depend on search engines, competition and market conditions outside our control, so specific rankings or results cannot be guaranteed.
8. Refunds and Cancellation
The advance payment covers planning and initial work and is non-refundable once the project has started. If a project is cancelled midway, charges for the work completed until that date are payable. Paid hosting and domain charges are non-refundable.
9. Maintenance and Support
Support included with a project is limited to the period mentioned in the quotation. Ongoing maintenance, updates and new features after that period are available as a separate paid service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of business, revenue or data, arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the related service.
11. Website Use
You may not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, send spam through our forms, or copy our content or design without permission.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
